NEW COMPOSITION OF ALLOY BASED ON ALUMINUM WITH HIGH LIFE-CYCLE AND SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF PROCESSING BASALTS TECHNOLOGIES
Purpose of the development:
Development designed to produce products with enhanced durability, slip-like inserts, stone castings of basalts.
Recommended application field:
Production of current collector inserts trolley lines.
Advantages over analogues:
Developed aluminum-based alloy has high mechanical properties, which allows to obtain products with high durability.
Established scientific basis for the development of technology (chemical composition, acid value of melting and softening) cast stone products from basalts.

Description of the development:
() Physico-chemical, mechanical and thermal properties of aluminum-based alloys with additions of copper, iron, tin, magnesium, manganese, titanium, nickel and silicon. On the basis of fundamental and applied research was designed aluminum alloy composition and its synthesis technology with optimum concentration of all components. Was a pilot version of slip-cast inserts and sent for testing for long-term use in the management of Dushanbe trolleybus.
Investigated the specific heats of high purity grade aluminum and A7 in a wide range of temperatures. The values of enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs energy as a function of temperature. Found that with decreasing impurity specific heat of aluminum increases.
The electrochemical behavior of alloys based on ultra-pure aluminum with the addition of silicon, copper and rare earth metals.
By X-ray spectrometry to determine the chemical composition of basalts also installed acid value, melting point and softening. The behavior of products of basalt in different operating environments.
