Purpose of the development: Recycling on feed additives, reducing energy waste by vermicomposting and increasing output per unit mass of MBCH substrate; for use as a protein MBCH vitamin-mineral supplements (BMVD) in feeding monogastric animals (pigs).

Recommended application field: Pig Company, a cattle farm (treatment plant), forage production companies.

Advantages over analogues: Replacement of fish and meat and bone meal, milk powder and soybean meal on MBCH, cut energy costs and increase in vermicomposting worms biomass yield per unit mass of the substrate.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Overall economic effect of the transition from the above protein feeds on MBCH (only in fishmeal, milk powder, synthetic lysine and soybean meal) will be in Ukraine about 280-290 mln. / Year.

Development on vermicomposting includes advanced technology vermicomposting waste and biomass worm technology for processing biomass and model MBCH MBCH diets for piglets suckling piglet rearing, gilts, gestating and lactating sows. When introducing MBCH as feed additive in feeding pigs do not need additional costs, MBCH may receive as a byproduct of mass transition from traditional methods of processing waste in vermicomposting; energy-saving technologies vermicomposting may develop on the basis of existing greenhouses (for vermiteplits) premises and animal husbandry, which is temporarily used for their intended purpose (vermiploschadok), refurbishment costs which will be reimbursed in the crop sector by income from the use of vermicompost as environmentally friendly and relatively cheap organic fertilizer.
