TECH-ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION FOR THE FARM PROECTION ON 600 SOWS WITH FULL TURN A HERD OF PIGS ON THE PROPERTY OF PREY BASE


Purpose of the development: Feasibility of establishing a farm on 600 sows including the cost of construction of the farm, description of technology, land requirements for feed production, the total cost of pork production and the establishment of its cost and payback.

Recommended application field: Agricultural economics. Industrial production of pork.

Technical characteristic: Farm 600 sows with a train with an annual implementation meat pigs 13545 total live weight of 1516.3 tonnes in 1750 and the implementation of the population living heads of pigs weighing 6.5 kg 1 head and total live weight of 11.4 tons

Advantages over analogues: Presented farm construction costs, procurement of domestic and imported pig breeding and the cost of acquiring a set of techniques and equipment for feed. Such developments are found in other projects and partly do not allow assessment of all the costs of creating and providing farm pork production. Achieve high profitability of pork production - 53.8% in terms of domestic production of pork. Unlike other projects is achieved through a combination of approaches to the production and use of new technology advances that are not fully planned in other projects. These are: proper cultivation of fodder grain with a set of equipment for agriculture, manufacturing proper feed, technological features (for example, creating a negative pressure ventilation, cooling, spraying water on the example and others) of three-hybridization for fattening pigs with terminal boars, etc.

Technical and economic effect: Payback period of all costs for the design can make when buying a home selection piglets 5.3 years, with the purchase of imported pigs at 5.6 years. Level of profitability - 53.8%.

Total costs for the construction of a farm of 600 sows with complete cycle of production are: the purchase of domestic breeding piglets 51.0 mln, with the purchase of imported pigs - 53.8 mln; without the cost of buying pigs - 48.5 mln; without the cost of buying equipment for pigs and feed production (capital investments in livestock) - 40.9 mln. One-time purchase of 720 head of breeding gilts to create the main herd of pigs and 19 boars. 2.2 Preparation of farrowing sows and one main from the auditee farrowing sows. Exit piglets per litter sows from the main 11 and 10 of the audited goals. Average daily gain of pigs from birth to the implementation of 563 g of meat, including fattening (young older than 3 months) - 850 grams. Feeding pigs of all age groups based on the year-round use of full-feed, fodder provision pigs at the expense of its own production and feed purchased protein-vitamin-mineral supplements. Annual implementation meat pigs 13545 total live weight of 1516.3 tons and sales of 1750 heads of pigs population live weight 6.5 kg 1 head. Need arable land for feed production - 1280 ha. For maintenance of livestock sows and piglets and manufacturing animal feed requires 45 workers. Time period design capacity (development project), including the purchase of breeding rearing Exit to complete its own reproduction of the main herd of pigs and pork production on completion farm - 2nd year. Gross profit from sales of equity is 9.66 million USD per year. The payback period for the design of the farm may be: all costs - 5.3-5.6 years; costs without the cost of buying piglets - 5.3 years; costs without the cost of buying piglets and technology for feed - 4.5 years. Level of profitability - 53.8%.
