Purpose of the development: Extending the grazing season for beef cattle tether allows the organization for beef herd with optimal time to translate it into the summer-camp maintenance and posing on the winter-stall.

Recommended application field: Beef cattle industry.

Technical characteristic: Stationary equipment paddocks summer camp to rest the animals at night and in between grazing day Resettled gate width of 8.6 m, split and separate shelter for fresh cows with calves. Providing feeding: rude and concentrated feed adult livestock; young concentrates with a movable metal "dining room." In settling the paddock troughs, mineral feeder for feeding, sheds to prevent exposure to external climatic factors.

Advantages over analogues: Early spring and late-autumn grazing enhances the growth rate of 16.3% compared to the baseline.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Cost savings of feed, considering cutting, delivery to farm, harvesting, preparation for feeding and distribution, is 60 UAH / head.

Technology developed elongated early-spring grazing beef cattle on winter rye for 15-20 days, starting from April, and late-fall grazing on corn stubble for 30-50 days (October-December). Technology gives high average daily liveweight gain of young, feeding cost savings, increased adaptive capacity and resistance of animals. The development is designed for farmers engaged in cultivation and the cultivation of beef cattle in loose-year-round content and livestock rearing technology of beef cattle (lactating growing calves before weaning).
