Innovative project "Evroselo 'XXI Century" is closed (cycle of renewable resources on the classic territory of Ukraine for agribusinesses around 1500 ha) and a universal object to ensure food safety in the regions of Ukraine environmentally sound agricultural crops and livestock, as well as biological waste disposal, alternative supplier energies (biogas, bio-diesel, granules, pellets, etc.). Along with the previously constructed biodiesel plant will be further built: prefabricated barn cold housing 500 dairy cows; newest biogas plant energy conversion of agricultural waste and animal origin (dirt, manure, agricultural waste), energy crops (corn, grass, etc.) and other organic waste (biological, food waste, rape pulp, glycerol, etc. .) electrical capacity of 1.3 MW; slaughter line with modern meat processing certified daily slaughter capacity of 25 cattle and 50 pigs; production line of milk processing capacity of 20 thousand liters per day in the range: pasteurized milk, mozzarella cheese, yogurt. This complex of agricultural production is a pilot and is a closed production cycle. In biogas plant nutrients processed all animal and crop waste, as well as utilities and food waste. All industrial and commercial premises will be built using modern construction techniques certified in accordance with European Union standards. By using the latest technologies for the utilization of biomass energy surrounding region provided its own production (electricity, heat and water, shelter and heating plants, etc.). All applied technology will meet the requirements and directives of the European Union. Particular attention is paid to compliance with hygiene standards of production and life safety standards as required by the EU.
