An ecologically, agriculturally, economically and economically sound land-use patterns with saturation rotations up to 30% stubble green manure crops, which achieves the productivity of arable land adequate bioclimatic potential due to the priority of application of real organic means and compensating mineral fertilizer application and consists of a system-politsevo bezotvalnoj basic processing soil in crop rotations, which is alternated plowing once in 4-5 years under rotation row crops including subsurface and activities under other crops rotation.
