TOOLS OF MECHANIZED PACKAGING OF SUBSTRATES AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS PROCESS FOR GROWING VESHENKA BY A FERMENTATION METHOD OF PASTEURIZATION IN CAMERA
Purpose of the development:
Mechanical means of packaging and manufacturing process designed substrate for growing oyster mushrooms by fermentation in the pasteurization chamber.
Recommended application field:
Agriculture (mushroom).
Advantages over analogues:
Production of substrate (at its cost 800 UAH / t) can increase the intensity of use of premises cultivation, as compared with controlled fermentation and pasteurization on the shelves premises cultivation occupies a smaller area for laying substrate.

Annual economic efficiency of the packaging unit PMS-10G is Rs 6700 with a payback period for 3 years.
Description of the development:
() Production of a substrate is based on straw through controlled fermentation and pasteurisation in an enclosed chamber. Production cycle of the substrate up to 5 days. Yield of the substrate straw 1 m 3 to 3.5 t Mechanical means to provide packaging bags with substrate using ICP-packaging device 10G.
Development proposed in the form of the substrate manufacturing process for mushroom cultivation and mechanization.
