The development is based on the observation data of the environment of different nature, such as remote and ground and to improve the efficiency of crop monitoring at the level of individual farms and the country as a whole through the use of modern data sources, advances in computers and mobile technologies. Development is planned in the form package of information technology and software for data acquisition polygon and remote measurements to assess the state of crops and yield prediction using mobile technology.
