CHEMICAL NICKEL PLATING TECHNOLOGY FOR OF SYNTHETIC DIAMONDS WITH THE RECEIPT OF SURFACE COATING DEVELOPED


Purpose of the development: For the manufacture of tools.

Technical characteristic: The technology consists of three stages: 1. cleaning of the surface of synthetic diamond; 2. gives the surface quality of the updated; 3. deposition of metallic nickel on the surface of a solution of its salt.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed technology has the advantages of: - Use as a wiper surface of nitric acid, which is less harmful than the chromium compound; - Use as a reagent for the preparation of the surface of the updater instead of expensive metal compounds; - The use of nickel in solution for the three chemicals - nickel salt, renovator, control environment; - The use of solvents vysokontsentrirovannyh nickel plating, reducing the time of the process; - The possibility of conducting the process in a wide range of temperatures and over a wider range indicator medium than is used in the conventional technology; - The possibility to obtain a coating with different properties, by varying the process parameters; - The technology is simple in hardware design, because it requires tight control of the process parameters of reference; - Broadly, the presence of small amounts of waste, as the process is carried out in a single step to complete the transition from the nickel coating in a solution; - The technology is almost insensitive to the volume of the unit that lets you easily change proizvodsvennye power; - Implementation of the proposed technology does not require significant capital investment, special requirements for premises and staff.

In the process of imparting surface properties updated best used updater which is used in the updating process of metallic nickel. Giving the surface properties of the update is carried out in the melt updater, which is used to update the nickel. Deposition of metallic nickel on the surface of synthetic diamond technology that is proposed is the use of nickel salt, which contains one compound of nickel ion (the main component of the process) and the buffer ion, which is typically introduced into the solution separately from the nickel salts. Using this nickel salt significantly easier vary parameters of the process thereby increasing the stability of reference process.
