The essence of development: a study of the properties of electrical networks of low and medium voltage connection of distributed generation sources (DRGs) to develop proposals for the harmonization of the technical and legal framework to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and quality of electric energy. The effectiveness of the implementation of the development: the expected effects of the project, its relationship with the educational process and topics of research in the development of proposals for regulatory and technical support procedures for connecting to the power grids DRG medium and low-voltage, taking into account changes in the properties grid and technical problems, which occur during ; attracting a wide range of experts to address this urgent problem will raise to a qualitatively new level of training of graduate and post-graduate students on issues of alternative energy and renewable energy sources.
