Purpose of the development: Designed to determine the parameters of electrical equipment, electrical materials, dielectric fluids, cable products, vector measurements at power frequency, high-voltage insulation diagnosis under operating voltage, etc..

Description of the development:

The composition of the measuring system: - Measuring unit with an independent power supply and remote control unit via an infrared (IR) channel. - Approximate capacitor voltage of 10 kV. - Block the IR receiver for connection of the measuring unit with a personal computer and program management to the processing of the measurement unit of measurement results. Kit for measuring current, voltage, power, complex impedance, ratio and group of the compound in 3-phase AC circuits. Measured parameters: - Dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of the insulation; - Insulating characteristics of the vehicle and is injected under the operating voltage; - Ratio and a group of the transformer; - No-load losses (resistance and reactance); - Loss of short-circuit (resistance and reactance); - Power (active and reactive components, power factor); - Short-circuit impedance (resistance and reactance); - Impedance (R, L, C); - Vector measurement of voltage and current in any combination; - Angular error TC and TN. Measurements: automatically into a single point in time for two independent channels with delivery of results to the display device or infrared channel to a PC. Measuring time: 0.8 sec., Processing: - 5.2 sec. For measurements in the existing electrical device to determine the influence of the currents and common mode, eliminates the need for phase regulator voltage source test or other devices compensation currents of influence and interference. The device provides smooth control of operating voltage at the high-voltage measurements from an external source to the edge. The high voltage value determined by the operating voltage of exemplary capacitor and may be 0-10, 35, 110 kV, etc.
