In supermarkets important of vegetables occupy a larger share of frozen vegetables in pure form and in mixtures. For this purpose, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, asparagus, green peas, peas and beans vegetable. All products come mainly from Poland and Germany. At the same time Ukrainian vegetable has great potential for the production of its own frozen. Apart from food use, the bean is important agro-technical meaning, and can be used as green manure. In a world growing more than 100 varieties of vegetables. On precocity and friendliness bean formation between varieties found sufficient variability, which allows you to create high-quality conveyor green pea pods. Amicable formation of different varieties of beans, Windsor, Bartoli Karestino, ZT 00209, ZT ZT 00112 and 00107, which can be used in breeding, and for the mass production of green peas in the production of varieties can be used Ukrainian - Ukrainian suburban and Karadag. Large fresh seeds (peas) with a mass of 1000 seeds is more than 3000 g form varieties of Windsor and Bartoli. After husking green pea beans waste flaps at 50%.
