TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME OF MANUFACTURE WATER-HOLDING COMPLEX FERTILIZER OF PROLONGED ACTION


Purpose of the development: Developed and scientifically validated scheme of production of integrated water-holding long-acting fertilizer for use in agriculture.

Recommended application field: Сельское хозяйство.

Advantages over analogues: The basic quality of complex fertilizers with PAA content is their property to accumulate and retain a moisture, water-soluble plant nutrients, and various additives.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The use of fertilizers in crop production showed their high agrochemical efficiency: cereals (wheat, barley, maize) increased by 9 - 17%, vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, carrots) - 12 - 30%.

First developed and scientifically validated scheme of production of integrated water-holding long-acting fertilizer. Op technological developments have been proposed Ltd. "Promex" where based on them staffed equipment production line for lots of complex fertilizers. Party fertilizers with different contents of macro-and micronutrients, as well as polymer polyacrylamide (PAA) were tested under field conditions in the cultivation of various crops and vegetables. During the dry season the gel mass, formed of fertilizer granules during precipitation events, acts as a kind of battery that gives moisture-rich nutrients. This allows them to develop normally and bear fruit in extreme weather conditions. The developed technology and production of complex fertilizers TU do not require significant capital investment and can be implemented on farms. It is proposed in the form of the transfer of technological schemes and recommendations for its use.
