Purpose of the development: Analyzer M-HA1000-5 - a modern polarographic apparatus for determination of low concentrations (trace analysis) of heavy metals in the environment.

Recommended application field: Used for quality control and certification of food, drinking water and water reservoirs, for the analysis of air, soil, feed, crop and livestock production.

Technical characteristic: Device weight - 200 g, size-160x80x60 mm, the use of different kinds of magnetic stirrers and chemical racks. Ranges for determining the concentration of heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Cd, Zn, Sn, Hg, As, Ni, Co): 1.0 ug / ml to 0.001 ug / ml.

Advantages over analogues: The analyzer has advanced software that allows the use of Internet technology, which gives the opportunity to provide advice and deal with technological issues, improves servicing of the unit.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The introduction of more than 200 devices work in the laboratories of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine SES, in the control of food laboratories, companies, laboratories San vet examination, environmental control systems and water utility, educational and scientific laboratories.

Analyzer M-HA1000-5 has high accuracy and sensitivity, which is 1-2 orders of magnitude higher than the maximum permissible concentration (MPC), high selectivity and rapidity. The instrument is reliable, simple and easy to maintain, use common chemicals, has a low cost of analysis and meets the requirements of modern analytical instrument making and not inferior to the technical characteristics similar foreign instruments. Method for measuring the concentration of heavy metals is described in the documentation. The analyzer is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of Ukraine under the number I 2551-07. Analyzer is available commercially under TU U13694790.002-95. Development is offered as guidelines for the determination of heavy metals, the use of the analyzer self-supporting conditions, and how to operate the device with the accompanying documentation.
