- The pension Zvenigorod, RAS (Russia) to remove carbonate scale from the hot water system;
- At the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine, Kiev ochistkiteploobmennyh for vehicles;
- In the software "Tekom" in Monastyrische Cherkassy region to clean hot water pipes;
- On Mangyshlak power complex (Kazakhstan, Aktau (formerly Shevchenko) Distillation apparatus for cleaning desalination of the Caspian Sea.
Description of the development:
() The technology of removal of carbonate and oxide deposits of the heat transfer surfaces (boilers, pipes and battery hot water distillation units heat exchangers, radiators, motors, etc..) Using
mixtures based on sulfamic acid. It is based on the fact that the reaction of the acid with the components of the scale proceeds with
high speed and forming readily soluble salts.
Sulfamatsoderzhaschie waste water after washing, still bottoms and exhausted after repeated use washing solutions of sulfamic acid containing ammonium sulphate hydrolysis, thermolysis neutralized. The evaporated to dryness residues sulphamate compounds may be decomposed at temperatures of up to calcium sulfate, and metal oxycarbonate. A solution of calcium sulfamate be used as a fungicide to combat diseases of wheat and potatoes.
Development is offered as guidelines, or the transfer of technology on a cost accounting terms.
