Description of the development:
() The complex consists of a digital camera and the software calculates the displacement field on the base and deformed frames flat surface. This version is equipped with complex camera Casio Exilim Pro EX-F1, you can shoot at up to 1,200 frames / s. Measurement accuracy is governed by the quality of the camera's sensor, and for this camera absolute deviation of the measured value is 0.03% strain for static tests (speed shooting 1-30 frames / s) and 0.15% for the recording speed of 600 frames / s. Theoretically achievable accuracy of 0.005-0.01% strain, regardless of the dynamic conditions.
Analysis of the deformation field, especially in local areas, can reliably predict the point of initiation of macro-cracks in real structural elements, to conduct a pilot study of strain distribution on the elements of complex shape. Developers offer recommendations for the description of the complex and testing methods.
