MECHATRONIC SYSTEMS FOR TRAFFIC GUIDANCE OF VALVES TYPE BRIDGE


Purpose of the development: Based on variational principles of mechanics first proposed new integrated dynamic criteria to help determine the optimal regimes of bridge type cranes, eliminating fluctuations in the load on the sites of transients and reduce to a minimum the effect of dynamic loads.

Recommended application field: Mechanical Engineering.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Incorporated in the educational process in the study of the discipline "Handling machinery" and "Mechatronics". Guidelines for the implementation of this development transferred to the state enterprise "Nezhinskii repair factory", as well as private enterprise.

Description of the development:

Developed optimal regimes of any crane bridge type implemented by the mechatronic system, integrates mechanical and electrical parts of the crane with electronic controls and information movement of the crane. Using the proposed mechatronic motion control system of the crane bridge type can significantly improve their performance (several times), has decreased in energy consumption and load on a steel structure and mechanisms of the crane, as well as improve their reliability and to improve the safe operation of cranes. Development of assembled and tested on the mechanism of movement of the hoist in a laboratory machine dynamics. Development is proposed in the form of guidelines for the development of mechatronic systems, motion control crane bridge type.
