Purpose of the development: Measurement procedure is intended for use in the sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary, agrochemical, control and toxicological laboratories of the Ministry of Agro-industry, research institutions and laboratories of the Ministry of Health of other organs of state control and supervision involved in the definition of pesticide residues in soils.

The method is based on the simultaneous extraction of organochlorine residues, organophosphate pesticides and organic nitrogen from soil organic solvent (a mixture of acetone and hexane in a ratio of 1: 1 by volume) by redistributing aqueous acetone in n-hexane and its quantitative determination by gas chromatography using selective detectors and DEZ TTI. Place of implementation of development is ULYABP APK NUBiP Ukraine, Ukrainian State Research and Production Center of Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Protection Ukrmetrteststandard. Development is offered as a method of measurement.
