GUIDELINES FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF PREMISES FOR CULTIVATION OF CULTIVATED MUSHROOMS
Purpose of the development:
Creating a methodology for evaluation of health facilities with respect to competitive cultivation of microorganisms and to determine the critical levels of development and the parameters that reflect the quality of the process stages of mushroom cultivation and assisted in the timely conduct local or continuous measures to limit the development of its pathogens and producing high-quality crop.
