TECHNOLOGY FOR THE BIOLOGICAL WASTE PROCESSING IN BIOGAS PLANT WITH ROTARY REACTOR
Purpose of the development:
The technology is designed for the processing of organic waste in biogas plants with rotating reactors.
Recommended application field:
Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering Company, as well as use in the classroom.
Advantages over analogues:
At the level of global peers. Considering the problem with mixing of the substrate occurring during operation of the vertical biogas reactor, it is advisable to use technical solutions which allow to eliminate this disadvantage by using rotary type reactors.

Description of the development:
() Reactors for biogas plants with a capacity of 10 to 80 kW, unit production costs for the production of bio-methane are in the range of 2.19 to 2.89 USD / cubic meter, the cost of electricity - in the range of 0.56 to 0.74 UAH. / KWh, excluding the cost of organic fertilizers. Payback period of about 5 years. There is a need to strengthen the economic mechanisms of investment support agricultural enterprises introducing biogas plants.
Development is proposed in the form of Recommendations "The technology of processing biological waste in biogas plants with rotating reactors", has also developed an experimental setup, which is used in the learning process, and drawing on it of 60 cubic meters
