METHOD FOR EXPRESS-TESTING OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FOOD ADDITIVES


Purpose of the development: The purpose of research is to develop a new system of quality control of food additives on a cellular level, using the corresponding reaction of the complex decoding adenylate cyclase system (ACS) and the cytoskeleton of native human cells. This can be a reliable criterion for evaluating the body's reaction to the substance, because ACS is one of the main mechanisms that participates in Stresa at the cellular level.

Recommended application field: Methodical approach based on dielectrometry widely used in medicine, agriculture and ecology.

Advantages over analogues: The method makes it possible to monitor the effectiveness of doctoral agents in clinical trials by testing at the cellular level and, in consequence, purposefully individually assign pharmacological agents.

In the proposed technology, the method dielectrometry in the millimeter wavelength range (EHF - dielectrometry) will be combined with conventional biochemical methods to create a new method for rapid quality control of bio-stimulants derived from plants. Assessment of quality of action of biologically active substances is based on analysis of the responses of cells under the influence of hormones on tsitostatikovy complex adenylate cyclase system and the cytoskeleton in the presence of dietary supplements without them. A comparative analysis will be tested and substances with known active biostimulants. will be created to accelerate the adaptation of the testing system. Emphasis will be placed on the method of EHF - dielectrometry and developed a number of methodologies. Analysis of efficacy in comparison with the reaction carried out in intracellular signaling systems of living cells in the absence and presence of the tested drug. Using the adenylate cyclase system, which is universal for all cells of eukaryotes and prokaryotes can be selected as test cells - bacteria and fungi, with the development of production technology and standardization of the drug. In the analysis of the effectiveness of the impact of the drug on the human body uses blood cells of the patient, because the analysis requires no more than 0.2 ml. blood.
