A test system with high reliability allows the identification and differentiation of genotypes of Scots pine, as well as to create computer databases of genetic profiles of genotypes that are used in the research stands to identify the most productive of them on economic grounds. The developed technology is competitive authoring, which allows to solve a wide range of tasks on the taxonomy of plants, optimization of collection of gene banks, control intra-population genetic diversity, finding quantitative markers (useful) features, selection of parental pairs crossing at mass reproduction, etc ..
