Purpose of the development: Intended to supply the discharge electron beam guns.

Recommended application field: The power supply system.

Technical characteristic: Output parameters - Nominal output voltage (terminal "plus" is grounded in the load): 30 kB. - Rated current: 15 A - Nominal output power: 450 kW. - Changing the output voltage under the influence of external factors, not more than 5% of the nominal. values. The input parameters - Voltage input network (three-phase, variable) with neutral: 380 ± 10%. - The frequency of the input network: (50 ± 0,4) Hz. - The efficiency of not less than 0.92. - Total power consumption at rated speed, no more than 500 kW.

Advantages over analogues: Provides low output voltage ripple without reactive components at the output of a wide range of output voltage regulation. The use of dielectric fluid in the transformer-rectifier source node increases the dielectric strength of the insulation between the primary winding and the output.

The main units of the power supply is a modular inverter and transformer-rectifier module. Modular inverter - multi-phase inverter with an adjustable high-frequency pulse modulation, working on high-voltage high-frequency transformer and high-voltage rectifier. Ability to adjust the output voltage by varying the relative duration of the control to stabilize and regulate the output voltage when the current load and supply voltage. This inverter is eliminated technical contradiction between high quality electricity and minimum stored energy, which is stored in the output circuits.
