Recommended application field: Land management, the implementation of state policy in the sphere of land relations, and surveying and mapping activities; in solving problems of land protection, agro-industrial complex of Ukraine problems.

Advantages over analogues: The use of e-bases spread especially valuable lands within the administrative-territorial units at the district level will ensure control over their condition and use, will increase crop yields by 22-27%.

As a result of research and developed the concept of algorithms explore the most valuable land, the scientific basis of their mapping. New electronic map of the distribution of land in the territory of the model farms, which will be used to analyze the processes of transformation of the environment and the agricultural sector. They can be used as a methodological framework in creating a long-term strategy for development of the agricultural sector. Development is proposed in the form: Guidelines on compliance with environmental safety in the use of the most valuable land in the transformation of land and agrarian relations. Using established recommendations will conclude cartographic model and determine the potential competitiveness of the regions of Ukraine, taking into account the availability and quality of valuable land.
