Purpose of the development: Relay RT-23 is designed for the control of three-phase motors and their shutdown in the event of an emergency.

Recommended application field: The industrial sector of the economy.

Advantages over analogues: The relay operates independently of the motor rated current and the type of start-up.

Description of the development:

The device has the following features: - Control of voltage in three phases; - Monitoring the integrity of the insulation of the engine; - Control the temperature of the motor windings on thermistors. The device can be used in control systems and three-phase motors consists of two halves molded high-impact plastic housing. Inside the housing is placed carrier printed circuit board. On the back of the unit installed clamps for mounting on a DIN rail. On the front of the unit are indicators of voltage supply and alarm emergency. After the device is to monitor the inputs and outputs in the case of one of them a predetermined range - load disconnection. Load switching occurs only if the emergency lasts for 10 seconds. The unit returns to the operating state 10 seconds after failure of an accident.
