DP "Ukrdipromez" developed production modules recycling capacity of 12/25 tons per hour. Technological regulations such module provides waste disposal as current production and waste accumulated in the tailings pond. Production unit capacity of 200 thousand. Tons of briquettes per year (briquette 60x60x80 mm) includes: two lines forming and concrete mixing plants interconnected belt conveyor for feeding semi-dry mixture in a line formation. Briquetting process is carried out on pallets, which are stacked in a container and with the help of crane girders are placed on the site for parking. Area (42x30 m) can accommodate two lines forming and 400 containers, which provide maturing and briquettes before shipment to the consumer for 24-30 hours at an ambient temperature of 16-22 degrees C. Concrete mixing plant on the technical performance characteristics enables the production of semi-dry mixtures with air temperature of 20 degrees. C to +40 deg. C. Production module serves as a part of a team of 7 to 8 people. per shift.
