TECHNOLOGY OF ZERO TILLAGE AND DIRECT SEEDING INTO STUBBLE IN THE CORN FOR GRAIN IN STEPPE CONDITIONS


Purpose of the development: Application of technology of zero tillage and direct seeding of corn stubble after precursors prevents manifestation of erosion, improves water regime topsoil provides grain yield under adverse weather conditions.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Advantages over analogues: Consistent with the principles moisture savings, feasibility and safety of erosion.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Production verification technology held at the farm "Dnepr" on an area of 50 hectares and is proposed for implementation after stubble predecessor in agricultural companies of different ownership forms Steppe zone. Application of technology of zero tillage and direct seeding of corn stubble after predecessors provides grain yield in dry years at the level of 40 kg / ha, fuel economy (40.6 l / ha) and the reduction of labor costs by 2.9 times in comparison with the corresponding figures at the application of technology based on the use of deep plowing and sowing SUPN-8.

Description of the development:

The technology of growing corn for grain stubble after predecessors, which includes: - Cleaning predecessor (winter wheat) on a low cut (15-18 cm) with simultaneous grinding and uniform distribution of straw on the surface of the field; - Introduction of Roundup (3.5 l / ha) after harvest and before planting predecessor corn mixture and making insurance herbicides (Titus - 40 g / ha + amine salt 2.4D ultra 730 - 0.8 l / h) when the plants phase 3-5 leaves; - The use of a special disc seeder direct MF-8108, which provides seed cutting gap (width - 4.3 cm), high-quality seed placement at a depth of 5-6 cm layer of soil compaction nadsemennoy to 1.10-1.12 g / cm 3 ; - Making the results of soil diagnostics complex granular fertilizer at the same time planting row crops.
