Technical and economic effect: Development in 2010-2012. implemented on an area of 70 ha in the JV "Dawn Polesie" that Krasnoarmeysky district of Zhytomyr region. Profitability of growing winter rape, placed in the rotation after the red clover is 86-93%.

Description of the development:

In the structure of sown areas Polesie area of industrial crops, rape takes 20-25%. One of the important conditions for the efficient production of winter rape on sod-podzolic soils is placing his crops in the rotation at the best predecessors. The need to study the effect of different precursors (maize for green fodder, winter wheat, clover one and two mowing) due to the fact that the system fertilize crops in the rotation is now dominated by mineral fertilizers, crop residues, green manure crops, which have different after-effect and duration of mineralization . As a result of field experiments established that the introduction of complete fertilizer dose N40 + 40P60K80 high seed yield of winter (2.58 t / ha) can be obtained after the red clover for two mowings. When placing rape after clover one derailed his productivity is reduced by 7%. Prolonged use of red clover (two mowings) as a precursor results in greater accumulation in the soil of crop residues and biological nitrogen. When placing rape after maize for green fodder crop seeds was almost (2.50 t / ha), as well as when placed after clover two mowings. This was facilitated by the action of mineral fertilizers combined with delay-products and green manure crops (blue lupine), which significantly increases the mineralization of organic matter. Low seed yield (2.08 t / ha) was obtained when growing it after winter wheat, as wrapped in soil incidental plant products left as fertilizer for rape, creates a certain nitrogen deficiency, which inhibits the mineralization of straw in the soil. The level of profitability of rapeseed when placing it after these precursors was respectively 104, 89, 98 and 65%.
