Purpose of the development: The unit is designed for molding pellets of lead and lead alloys.

Recommended application field: Lead pellets can be used for the production of hunting and sporting fractions, chemicals, composite solder containing flux, and as fillers for shielding from radiation.

Technical characteristic: Plant capacity, kg / h: 200 ... 300. Pellet diameter, mm 2 - 4.5. Unit supply voltage, V: 3 x 380. Maximum power kW: 10. Specific energy consumption, kWh / t: 70. Water consumption (reverse), m^(3) / h up to 6. Fuel gas (nitrogen), m^(3) / h: 0.05-0.15.

Installing smelts metal forming and electromagnetic fragmentation jets melt to form a liquid spherical particles of equal size and their subsequent crystallization in water. Solenoid metering installation implements physical phenomenon managed the collapse of cylindrical jet of liquid metal under the action of periodic electromagnetic forces. Number of jets is crushed, can be from one to three. The dispenser is powered from a regulated inverter, which allows to split the jet of metal and obtain the monodisperse spherical particles of different diameters in a range of frequencies from 100 Hz to 400 Hz.
