Purpose of the development: PV battery is designed to power a new generation of spacecraft developed by the State Bureau of Space "South".

Advantages over analogues: For the first time the battery is assembled on the hard soto reservoir frame with new design and technology solutions.

A method of manufacturing photovoltaic modules from solar cells is based on a series-parallel switching of solar cells interconnected metal busses and bonding solar cells are wired to the surface of the medium in which the module is collected. Set of photovoltaic panels installed on the domestic spacecraft KS5MF2 "Micron", launched in December 2004.
