HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS
Purpose of the development:
Developed systems designed to control LED lighting products of various types (LED lamps, ceiling lamps, lamps for housing facilities, etc..) And converting voltage 220V / 50Hz in a stable current to power the LED.
Recommended application field:
LED technology.
Technical characteristic:
Supply Voltage -170-260 V.
Power consumption - from 5W to 60 watts.
Power factor> 0.95.
Output Current - 350 mA, 700 mA, 1.05 A, 1.4 A, 2.45 A.
Coefficient of current harmonics <12%.
Efficiency of> 80%.
Ripple of output current <10%.
The automatic inclusion of the lamp depending on the level of ambient light, lighting series DBB27U "Selena" - implemented if necessary.
The automatic inclusion of the lamp depending on the presence of a person in the area of lighting fixtures series DBB27U "Selena" and DP025U - implemented if necessary.
Stability of current in the range of ambient temperatures from 0 ° C to 40 <8%.

The developed system provides options and features that meet the requirements of international and harmonized them with Ukrainian standards and requirements for LED lighting devices and bulbs used in alternating current for lighting, approved by the Cabinet of Ukraine from 15.10.2012, № 992.
System implemented at enterprise "Combining lighting companies" Corporation "Vatra" in mass production of LED lamps series SDL4,5-XX-E27-1 (4 types), downlights series DP025U (8 types), lamps for housing and communal services DBB27U "Selena" (12 types).
Series production of drivers:
- LED driver with electrical isolation without the automatic inclusion ADVA.436544.001 Pez (12 watts);
- LED driver with galvanic isolation with automatic inclusion ADVA.436544.002 Pez (12 watts);
- LED driver with galvanic isolation for lamp socket E27 and E14 ADVA.436541.002 Pez (8W);
- The drive unit ADVA.436644.001 for downlights (25W);
- The drive unit ADVA.436744.001 for downlights (60 watts).
