COMPLEX DIAGNOSTICS OF THE INFECTIOUS AGENTS INFLUENCE ON FRUIT AND BERRY CROPS
Purpose of the development:
Developed comprehensive methods for early diagnosis of viral and bacterial diseases and created an instrumental framework for their implementation in the field and laboratory conditions.

Gardening.
Advantages over analogues:
Proposed methods can be used as diagnostics for fruit and berries, as well as for grain, vegetable, forage and ornamental crops. The widespread introduction of these methods will detect the presence of infections in the early stages of development and timely use of appropriate agricultural activities, to organize monitoring of plants and crops for virus and bacterial diseases, as well as to identify their natural reservations, so you can largely or even completely prevent disease
cultivated plants.

Description of the development:
() Viral and bacterial diseases of plants are today almost a global problem, as they cause substantial losses to horticultural farms, including in our country. All this encourages scientists to create modern ways and means of early rapid diagnosis of these diseases. Providing individual viral and bacterial diseases of quarantine status in Ukraine, the need for phytosanitary survey areas where they grow fruit and berry crops, as well as mandatory
phytosanitary examination of planting material determine the need for high-performance diagnostic tools. To do this, use the facilities, based on the application of methods for determining the characteristic functional signs of injury plants infectious diseases. Developed comprehensive methods for early diagnosis of viral and bacterial diseases and created an instrumental framework for their implementation in the field and laboratory conditions, protected by patents of Ukraine.
The system is integrated diagnostic laid methodological and instrumental methods of measuring and interpreting diagnostic features, in particular, the characteristic values of the photo and termoinduktsii native fluorescence of chlorophyll leaves, fluorescence spectral parameters, allowing reliably and efficiently detect the presence of disease-causing infections in plants.
