To obtain granules of the required diameter is sufficient to establish a matrix with a hole. This unit is designed for the production of feed pellets of feed mixtures with a mass content of chopped roughage to 30%. Krohkost granules thus does not exceed 4%. Performance of the granulator, depending on the composition of the feed mixture, and its moisture content roughage is from 40 to 80 kg of granules per hour. Moreover, the highest performance and small specific energy consumption (up to 50 kWh / t) are achieved with the initial feed mixture humidity 25-30%. Drive for the granulator is a two-stage planetary gear motor FMF-40 to the torque on the output shaft 365 Nm. Capacity geared motor - 2.2 kW, the rated speed of the output shaft of the gear motor is equal to the frequency of rotation of the rotor granulator and is about 56 . / Min.
