Purpose of the development:

Advantages over analogues:
Cobalt-chromium alloys, titanium and ceramics based on alumina, which are made of dental implants, do not provide an adequate level of osseointegration. The use of metallic implants with ceramic or bio jet

Description of the development:
() In the proposed metallic endosseous part of the dental implant is applied gradient composite coating consisting of passive ceramic (alumina) and organic reactive materials (tricalcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite), the concentration of bio-reactive and accordingly the ceramic component has a predetermined continuous distribution of the layer thickness. Reproducible plasma-arc technology for producing such implants provides high adhesion, microhardness, porosity and compliance of the chemical composition and structure of the coating.
Developed for the production of an implant system, a special laboratory, prepared production site is certified domestic bio reactive material, the materials for the certification of an implant system and instruments in general, developed a business plan. Created a pilot batch of titanium implants with a gradient of bio jet coated and tools for their installation in the bone tissue.
