The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to gastroenterology, and can be used for treatment of Chelicobacter-associated geopathogenic stomach ulcers. A method comprises the medicamentous treatment of patients with anti-Chelicobacter therapy (Claritromicine, Amoxycylline and Pantoprasole) within 7 days and additional administration of a prebiotic - Lactulose (Dufalac) 10 ml 2 times per day on the background of intake of the hepatoprotector of multivector action - ursodezoxycholic acid preparation, in particular Ursochol, on 500 mg / day within 5-6 weeks.
