Recommended application field: The proposed method of verification of the diagnosis of late gestosis can be used in pre-natal and maternity hospitals.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed method makes it possible to more objectively assess the hypertensive state in pregnant women.

In obstetric practice developed a general survey of pregnant women for the diagnosis of late gestosis. However, the conclusions based thereon are not always clear, since it is based on non-specific symptoms of late gestosis and requires a comprehensive assessment. Objective To develop a utility model is to identify in the photoluminescence spectra of blood serum and urine of pregnant characteristic of late gestosis features to verify the diagnosis. The task is achieved in a way that provides a method for verification of the diagnosis of late gestosis, which includes a general survey of pregnant women, which is characterized in that it additionally performed photoluminescence spectral analysis of blood serum and urine of pregnant and on the basis of spectral features is verified diagnosis. The method introduced into clinical practice in the City Perinatal Centre (Uzhgorod).
