Purpose of the development: Designed for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases caused by RNA viruses: paramyxoviruses (parainfluenza cattle), coronaviruses (coronavirus infection of cattle, pigs, viral gastroenteritis), rotavirus (rotavirus diarrhea in calves, piglets rotavirus enteritis), pestiviruses (viral diarrhea cattle); DNA-containing viruses: herpes viruses (IBR), parvovirus (parvovirus infection of cattle and pigs), adenovirus (adenoviral pneumonia calves) vezikulovirusami.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Advantages over analogues: Antiviral broad spectrum, effective when administered orally.

The drug is a composition of acidic peptides capable of self-organization and self-adaptation in the body, the mechanism of which is based on the blockade of nuclear import of peptides and do not allow importin from the viral genome to cross the nuclear membrane. Effect of the drug has been observed for 20 minutes after application. By adaptation of the drug are not part of the virus and the animal due to the fact that the drug is a live self-organizing system and its composite pharmacophore unique for each animal and the virus. Indications for use: effective in the prevention and treatment of viral diseases caused by DNA and RNA viruses, virus reproduction cycle which depends on the cell nucleus. Contraindications: Do not set. Interactions with other medication: do not mix "Albuvir" with other drugs or preservatives. Dosage and administration: For the prevention of viral diseases of animals: 0.03 mL of 10% solution per 1 kg orally (according to the scheme of application); for the treatment of viral diseases of animals "Albuvir" is used daily for 5-7 days, 0.06 ml of 10% solution per 1 kg of weight peroralno.Srok life: 1 year from date of manufacture. Storage and transport: "Albuvir" stored at facilities in original packing boxes or in a transport container in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 100 * C to 250 * C. Pharmaceutical form: opaque white, milky liquid from white to light yellow in color. When storing the solution is separated, the precipitate is easily lifted with agitation. Packing: polypropylene or polyethylene canister 1, 5, 10 l.
