Purpose of the development: The development is designed for the extraction of rare, non-ferrous and heavy metals from waste coal preparation and ash from the burning of coal for the purpose of disposal of these wastes, and obtain valuable rare-metal raw materials.

Recommended application field: The coal industry, ferrous metallurgy and energy.

Advantages over analogues: It is a simplified method is implemented at normal temperature and pressure, without the use of strong acids and the formation of toxic intermediate products, making it environmentally safe. As a result of its application can gain valuable rare metal concentrate containing 3-5% of germanium and / or gallium and neutralized waste with lower (by the maximum allowable concentration for soil) containing heavy metal ions, as well as the ratio of the oxides of silicon, aluminum and calcium, which It corresponds to the composition of silicate building materials.
