The proposed technology dehydration rectified alcohol azeotropic distillation of absolute alcohol permits that meets international requirements for product quality. The volume fraction of ethyl alcohol - is at least about 99.8%. Technology can reduce the cost of alcohol regulations by 1% in comparison with similar production in Russia. Technological process of production of ethyl alcohol of absolute complements the production of alcohol and carried out by the partial reconstruction bragorektifikatsionnogo Branch distillery. The use of high-octane oxygenated gasoline additive (EVA) improves the quality of the mixed gasoline and reduces the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust gases. Addition of 1% EVA increases gasoline octane number by one. Technology is proposed joint production of rectified ethyl alcohol and EVA to gasoline or separate any of these products. When a co-production for EVA served semi rectification, the most "dirty" associated impurities ethanol.
