Purpose of the development: The technology allows you to get iron for castings with high heat resistance characteristics and corrosion resistance in a gaseous medium with oxidizing properties at operating temperatures 940-980 ° C.

Recommended application field: Iron and steel.

Technical characteristic: Heat- and corrosion-resistant cast iron for heating equipment and cast baskets contains masses. %: Carbon - 2.8-3.2, silicon - 1.1-1.4, manganese - 1.3-1.6, aluminum - 5.5-6.3, chrome - 0,26-0, 5, cerium - 0,09-0,14, titanium carbonitride - 0.08-0.1, vanadium - 0.04-0.06 and iron - the rest.

Increase heat resistance is due to the change in the mechanism of destruction.
