TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED INTELLIGENT ROAD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS


Purpose of the development: Development is aimed at solving applied problems of development and implementation of highly integrated intelligent road information management systems by combining the synergistic approach and methods of transport telematics, intelligent control and evolutionary modeling is important for the economy of Ukraine.

Recommended application field: Transport and transport systems.

Technical characteristic: Integrated automotive information and control systems based on artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic and evolutionary modeling techniques allow qualitatively improve the functioning as a vehicle (car) and the transport system as a whole by combining the synergistic approach and evolutionary learning methods hybrid multilayer fuzzy artificial neural networks by the objective of formation of architecture of these networks on the basis of functional education and related control objectives.

Advantages over analogues: Developed and implemented intelligent road information management systems, which have no analogues in the world, and can be applied in the transport sector and in other sectors of industry.

Technical and economic effect: Development and implementation of highly integrated automotive information and control systems is extremely important and topical issue. The solution to this problem will qualitatively improve their accuracy, functional and structural reliability, quality of transients when developing control signals, internal and external irritant effect, as well as reduce the burden on the driver. It is also possible to increase the efficiency of the transport infrastructure in general, namely the further process of automating the movement of vehicles and transportation systems can reduce the number of accidents (35%), time and fuel on the road (25%) and a decrease in the number of vehicles for through car-sharinga (utilization of cars will increase to 75%).
