Anhydrous lanolin made from wool fat. The manufacturing process of lanolin includes the following processes: the process of heating (sweat); refining process (in which a heated air is supplied wool fat); forming an aqueous-alcoholic solution (isopropanol); mixing wool fat and aqueous-alcoholic solution; sludge mixture; separation of the mixture of lanolin and paste PPL; washing water-alcohol mixture and separation of lanolin and paste PPL; evaporation of isopropyl alcohol and water from lanolin (regeneration isopropyl alcohol); evaporation of isopropyl alcohol and water from the paste PPL (regeneration isopropyl alcohol); cleaning. Equipment: Two Vessels ASRN capacity of 10 cubic meters 10 (inner surface of enamelled, devices have mixers stainless steel jacket for heating); Capacitive apparatus ASRN 6 6 cubic capacity (inner surface coated with enamel, the apparatus has a mixing device and a stainless steel heating jacket); stainless steel machine for mixing and heating the water-alcohol mixture; an electric heater; a device for creating a vacuum; a centrifugal separator; capacity for heating barrels wool fat.
