TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

HARDWARE-SOFTWARE COMPLEXES FOR ON-LINE DIAGNOSIS OF MEASURING INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN TECHNOLOGICAL HAZARDS OBJECTS


Purpose of the development: On-line monitoring and forecasting metrological characteristics during operation of individual sensors (RTDs, thermocouples, pressure sensors), and measurement of information systems in general.

Recommended application field: Nuclear energy.

Technical characteristic: Number of simultaneously controlled channels - 24; input resistance - not less than 1 MW; input capacitance - 45 pF; supply voltage - 5 V from the USB port; bit analog-to-digital converter - 12; sampling frequency measurement signals - 16 MHz; the capacity of the buffer memory for storing the measurement of samples - 16 GB; parameters of input analog low-pass filters: number of filters - 24, the cutoff frequency - 30 Hz rejection ratio filters - -60 dB; Interfaces - LAN-1000, USB; level of encryption - 512-bit code; weight - 3 kg. The software can be installed on any modern laptop.

Advantages over analogues: To date, such a hardware and software system for on-line diagnosis of measuring information systems are only available in the US AMS Corporation. It has some drawbacks. It is found in three pretty size containers weighing more than 25 kg, which makes it harder to move the object. The buffer memory is limited to 100,000 measuring samples. No encryption measuring data transmission through the Internet. The duration of measurement information processing is 2-3 weeks. Requires no special training. The proposed sample devoid of these shortcomings. Be able to work with him full-time engineers, metrologists.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Technical and economic effect: The introduction of nuclear power plants on-line monitoring of metrological characteristics of measuring information systems allow: 1.5-2 times to reduce the time and resources required for maintenance of measuring elements of information systems; predict emergency situations and analyze in detail the process of NPP specialists together with manufacturers of sensors; create a single point of monitoring nuclear power plant in Ukraine.

Hardware and software system on-line diagnostics measuring information systems consists of two components - hardware and software. The hardware component (acquisition unit of measurement information) is a functionally complete stand-alone unit, which has 24 analog inputs and a USB output. It is carried out preprocessing of the measured signals of the analog-digital conversion and issuing a code in a serial USB port. The software can be deployed on any modern PC. The personal computer may act both as a server and as a workstation. The software allows a detailed analysis of the raw data obtained by measuring channels in the time, frequency, time-frequency space, taking into account the statistical data of the expert knowledge base of each measuring channel and sensor type. The analysis results are presented as a time trend of the metrological characteristics of sensors and prediction of dynamic characteristics and condition of measuring information systems. Data collection and analysis can be carried out directly at the plant or remotely using the Internet. Technical proposal meets world standards in similar studies on technological hazards objects.
