TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

MODELS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF EXTRACTION, PROCESSING AND TRANSPORT OF GAS


Purpose of the development: Improving the efficiency of quality management processes through the creation of models for the synthesis, development and re-engineering quality monitoring system of mining, processing and transport of gas (SMKDPTG), which carry out a rational choice of hardware and software.

Recommended application field: Mining, processing and transportation of gas.

Technical characteristic: It is necessary to attract the scientific leader, responsible executives, technicians and programmers who use a PC with features that satisfy the conditions of the calculations and software, peripherals.

Advantages over analogues: The methodological basis of the synthesis SMKDPTG which meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001: 2008 for quality assurance and, unlike the existing ones, can receive evidence-based decisions on a number of criteria, depending on the degree of certainty of information.

Technical and economic effect: The results of research are reflected in the performance of the following topics: 12/09/42 "Models and methods of quality control of production, processing and transportation of gas"; 10/13/42 "Models and methods for the synthesis quality monitoring system of mining, processing and transport of gas."

Description of the development:

1. Conduct a systematic analysis of the synthesis process, development and reengineering SMKDPTG allowed for the first time to formulate the general problem of the synthesis, development and reengineering of spatially distributed monitoring system quality and comply with its decomposition into partial objectives of the study. 2. Perform a structuring process of synthesis, development and reengineering SMKDPTG, which allowed for the first time to develop a framework of automated synthesis SMKDPTG and its information-regulatory support. 3. The model was further developed multicriteria evaluation and optimization by extending them to a new class of objects - quality monitoring system. This enables decisions to the synthesis and development of such objects and reengineering, unlike conventional technologies, a number of criteria, depending on the degree of certainty of information. 4. The generalized model synthesis, development and reengineering SMKDPTG, held their decomposition into partial models of smaller dimension. 5. A computer-aided synthesis of technology, development and re-engineering in the form of program-methodical complex, which allows to implement the proposed model on the PC.
