Purpose of the development: It is proposed to produce a magnetic pulse complexes for external contactless alignment of body and body parts of vehicles (cars, airplanes) without disassembly and dismantling of the possible preservation of the existing protective lacquer coating.

Technical characteristic: The complex provides effective removal of dents on the surface of the sheet metal thickness 0.5-1.5 mm to 3 mm in depth and cross larger than 10-50 mm. The urgency of restoring damaged bodywork and body elements of vehicles is an acute need for a modern high tech systems using energy electromagnetic fields that allow you to remove dents contactless power actions from the outside sheathing without disassembling the structural components and keep intact protective and decorative coating. The project is dedicated to the manufacture of magnetic pulse complex for non-contact alignment vehicles. When this operation is performed without dismantling the straightening and removal of body structures on the outside and to store the guard (decorative) refinishing. Also, the use of the complex is possible for contactless forming various parts and give them the desired shape. Design and design features of modern vehicles do not allow the use of known techniques for recovery marks on the casing body elements. Furthermore, statistics show that in operation 70% of cases of damage occur, in which no protective paint coating deteriorates. During the development of the proposed project analyzed the state of the problem and the known alternative methods of metal forming and the attraction of the pulsed magnetic fields, and on the basis of the analysis taking into account the respective strengths and weaknesses identified designed magnetic pulse system for contactless external straightening vehicles.
