Purpose of the development: Improving management system winter road maintenance based on the developed models to predict the state of the road surface and the choice of technology road works, evaluate the effectiveness of the use of various technologies of work to combat icy roads, depending on weather conditions.

Technical characteristic: It is necessary to attract the supervisor of the perpetrators, programmers and technicians, the use of a PC with features that satisfy the conditions of the calculations and software, peripherals.

Advantages over analogues: Techniques and information-analytical system of weather monitoring system of operational control winter maintenance of local roads allow to make management decisions based on the system analysis and economic-mathematical modeling, using mathematical, quantitative approaches, and in contrast to the existing, will enable science-based solutions according to various criteria, depending on the degree of certainty of information.

A systematic analysis of process control winter maintenance of local roads in Ukraine and developed general model of Wednesday-road (during its operation) for the operational management of the work to combat icy roads. 2. A method for describing the state of the road surface when exposed to weather and road factors. 3. Theoretical studies and obtained a model for predicting the state of the road surface and the choice of technology road works, assessing the efficiency of various works to combat icy roads depending on the weather conditions, which allows to make decisions on a number of criteria, depending on the degree of certainty of information. 4. Recommendations for the use of research results in the form of information technology to support decision-making at the operational management of road works to combat icy roads.
