THE AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF FERROALLOY ELECTRIC MODE OF OVENS (ASKER)


Purpose of the development: ASKER established to monitor the work of ferroalloy furnaces for ferroalloy smelting in order to identify and implement with the help of automatic control of ways to reduce the cost of electricity, raw materials, coke and electrode mass.

Recommended application field: Metallurgical enterprises.

Technical and economic effect: Optimization of the technological process in the furnace automatic control yielded savings of energy and material resources: electricity - 2.4%; raw materials - 2.6%; electrode paste - 2-4%.

Work in automatic mode by the control actions (raise, lower electrode, reduce, increase number of PSN, skip the electrode) and recommendations for adjusting weights of charge, you can: - Eliminate the subjective influence on the operational management of the furnace, which significantly reduced the amplitude of oscillations course of the process; - Coordinate skipping electrodes, charge and electric furnace operation in real time; - Maintain the optimal position relative to the reaction zone of the furnace hearth; - To create in this area required temperature by rational distribution of the active power of the electrode between the arc and the melt, in which the reduction reaction proceeds most actively with minimum energy consumption; - Avoid significant distortions of active power between the electrodes, which provides uniform distribution of energy in the bath furnace, creating a single melting space, exclusion of false bottoms; - Uniformly flowing electrodes based on the characteristics of their costs and coking, which allows a substantial reduction in quantitative emergencies associated with the state of the electrodes; - Combine the kiln system ASKER in a local computer network with the transmission of information technology services plant. On the basis of ASKER RP created a virtual training system - the simulator work three electrode furnace, which is a simulator for training management features bypass electrodes and electrode electric mode three ferroalloy furnace.
