The experimental studies have shown the possibility of obtaining maloklinkernyh slag Portland cement (MSHPTS) activity of more than 50 MPa using a two-component modifier additives: superplasticizer C-3 and hardening activator calcium fluoride (CaF2), wherein the binder is a specific surface area of 500-550 m2 / kg, and more activity MSHPTS 40 MPa using additives - hardening accelerators. Specific surface area binder in this case is 420-450 m2 / kg.
