TECHNOLOGY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT PURIFICATION FROM FERUM CONTAIN IMPURITIES IN HIGH-GRADIENT MAGNETIC-ELECTRIC CURRENT


Purpose of the development: The new technology is designed for the treatment of industrial fluids (liquid ammonia amoniachnoy water, superheated steam, industrial water companies) from Ferum containing impurities in highly virulent magneto-electric field.

Recommended application field: Can be used in chemical, metallurgical and other industries, as well as power plants, water supply and sanitation.

Technical characteristic: - The required level of separation and purification (residual impurities etc. of 10-7-10-9 mass fractions); - Removal of particles sizes 10,0-0,1 microns; - Speed mode cleaning (0,05-15m / s); - High-performance cleaning Ferum containing impurities (90-95%); - The possibility of separation technology products for the ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic fraction.

Technical and economic effect: Innovative proposals to create a high-gradient magnetic devices in the electric field in the working area of deposition, which in combination with the extensive filtering surface ensures efficient separation and purification of fluids containing electrically charged contaminating substances. Simultaneously, the device provides magnetic separation technology products for the ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic fraction. The proposed method improves the accuracy of determining the determination of the fraction of magnetic impurities.

Description of the development:

For realization of the proposed technology developed and introduced the new construction is the device for purification of liquids from the magnetic and nonmagnetic inclusions and effective method of determining the solids content of the ferromagnetic material in liquids. The design of the device comprises a cylindrical body having an insulating surface with elektroneprovodyaschego material, inside of which comprises a filter tip of a porous ferroelectric, which is placed in the magnetic-electric field produced by a solenoid. Such devices allow for determination of the number and the proportion of the solid fraction of polydisperse trace magnetism in technological environments. Features of the method, determining the proportion of a ferromagnetic material are in the process fluid passing through the nozzle and the layer of magnetized solids content measured before entering the nozzle, after its exit from the passage and the fluid after half the length of a packed bed. Thus it becomes possible to determine the minimum content of the stable fraction (average proportion of impurities fraction ferromagnetic iron compounds are: liquid ammonia = 0.85 ammonia water = 0.71). The use of such treatment facilities provides the necessary separation and purification (residual impurities in the 10-7-10-9 mass fractions), the removal of particles sizes 10,0-0,1mkm, high-speed mode cleaning (0,05-15m / s). New design solutions ensure the necessary level of separation and purification of process fluids (maximum cleaning efficiency using the developed device is 90-95%).
