MODIFYING THE STRUCTURE OF THE SUPERIONIC ALLOYS TRANSPORT CHANNELS
Purpose of the development:
Physics and Technology Laboratory of Semiconductor Materials Science Ukrainian University offers a way to modify the structure of the transport channels of crystalline and glassy alloys superionic halogen anions to improve the parameters of their electrical conductivity.
Recommended application field:
Semiconductor materials. Power supplies. Companies that are engaged in the manufacture of compact solid state power supplies.
Technical characteristic:
The concentration of charge carriers injected alloy and value of the drift velocity is determined by the total effective cross section of transport channels and a linear concentration distribution centers.

Technical and economic effect:
It was shown that halogen anions in the studied alloys exhibit the properties of superionic mobile quasiliquid. Superionic conductivity of the electrodes provide injected in alloys srіbla cations and anions of halogen.
Description of the development:
() Using electrochemical cells of different design, by the controlled introduction of the synthesized crystalline and glassy alloys halogen anions, found possible to reduce the activation energy of the carriers and increase specific ionic conductance of the samples.
